Chair's Welcome Message
Welcome
I may have met some of you in the past, I may meet some of you in the future, but the one thing I would like this Area to do is to touch as many Area members as possible whether it be through discounted tickets, sporting events, leisure activities or even social events.
All members are paying either a monthly or annual subscription and we, as a Committee, want to meet the requirements, demands and wishes of as many members as possible.
We do not have unlimited resources but we do have the backing of CSSC Head Office and the Wales Regional Board to make this Area thriving, rewarding and most of all fantastic value for money.
The Committee
At this time we do have a small Committee and in the message above, we have mentioned that we are more than happy, indeed welcoming of any other members who wish to volunteer some of their time, whether it be a one-off, a regular occurrence or even an area of expertise that we can refer to in the event of a query arising. Please contact Steve Rice and let him know what your thoughts are.
I look forward to hearing from any members with ideas for events or discounts you think we may be able to arrange and share across the area and our contact details are detailed at the foot of this newsletter.
