Christmas opening times and days
Throughout the festive period, we will continue to monitor our emails and systems to ensure that any impact on our members is minimised.
Our head office will be closed over Christmas and New Year and the customer services team will be unavailable to take calls from 23 December until 3 January.

Last working day before Christmas: 22 December, 9:00-17:00
Office closed: 23 December – 2 January
Office Re-opens: 3 January, 9:00-17:00
Ordering tickets and cards through the post
You can continue to order physical tickets and reloadable cards, but please factor in and consider the time needed to post and distribute physical items. By allowing at least seven clear working days you should still receive your items as expected.
Please also bear in mind any potential delays in delivery caused by any planned or unplanned postal strikes or exceptionally busy periods.
Digital vouchers and tickets
Digital vouchers which are emailed to you can be ordered right up to and including Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, with immediate delivery. However, please ensure you include the most up to date email address and check your spam, in case of delivery misdirection.
Please also note, that we will be unable to answer or resolve any queries from between 23 December and 2 January.
